Passalacqua's story begins already in 1948 as a small family owned roastery . The roastery is still a family business, now in its third generation.
Passalacqua was a small coffee roastery and all coffee was roasted on a single small roaster.
Already after a few years the company had changed completely and grown considerably. Today, the company's business has increased to 3460 kg per hour in the 5000-square-meter factory in Casavatore near Naples.
Passalacqua is available across the world but they still consider coffee roasting as a craft.

The ambition of Passalacqua is to preserve the Neapolitan coffee tradition.
