Caffè Vergnano

Caffè Vergnano is a family owned coffee roastery in the fourth generation. The roastery is located in Santena just south of Turin in northern Italy. Caffè Vergnano started in 1882 and is considered one of the oldest in Italy. Caffè Vergnano has embraced the modern roasting method where the fresh coffee beans ars roasted for a long time but at a lower temperature instead of short time in high temperature. The roastery also operates its own cafes in nineteen different countries and exports of coffee to over 80 countries.
